Group Therapy
In the age of self-care, group therapy offers a return to the roots of community-based care where meaningful connection, shared experiences and understanding, and the solidarity of group support can promote learning, connection, and a unique perspective on your therapy journey.
Currently, Curious Minds Studio offers an Adult ADHD Group Therapy program named ‘Doing ADHD Differently’ in partnership with Our Mind Space. Our Adult ADHD Group ‘Doing ADHD Differently’ provides a space to learn skills and strategies for managing ADHD from a foundation of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy within a supportive group setting. To learn more about this offering, head to Our Mind Space.
We are always working on new and exciting group programs, so stay tuned for what’s coming soon!
Supervision
The journey to becoming a psychologist is not easy, and having the right support in place is a non-negotiable so you can approach your work in a way that is ethical, scientifically sound, sustainable, and prevents burnout.
Our philosophy in supervision is simple: support practitioners to reflect, grow, and learn in the application of their knowledge and skills, and they will work in closer alignment with their clients, their values, and themselves leading to improved client outcomes and greater professional satisfaction.
Commencing from mid-2024, Curious Minds Studio will be offering supervision with a Board-Approved supervisor to support you on your journey as a psychologist. To enquire about Supervision opportunities, please email reception@curiousmindsstudio.com.au
